Please note that if the replacement is due to one of the following reasons, on each occasion a re-issuance charge of £40.00 + VAT will be issued:
* entering the pin incorrectly three times in a row
* losing the card * forgetting the pin no
* replacement required through user damage
Payment must be made at your local chamber prior to re-issue.
Re-issue of cards due to a 'faulty' or 'incorrectly produced' card, will not be chargeable.
Please note we reserve the right to ask for the return of a card to enable testing to be carried out on it to identify any issues or problems associated with it.
